About the Artist... Jeannie Cancelliere
It all began on my 40th birthday, when I moved to Washington, N.J., and wanted to meet my neighbors. So I hired an artist to come to my new home and I hosted a party where my new friends and I painted beautiful designs on wooden trays. It was a huge hit and I had so much fun!
I took several art classes and became certified to teach One Stroke Painting. From there, I became a teacher to other artists, and 18 years ago started hosting painting parties in other homes, at restaurants, hotels and in greenhouses and even a lavender farm. I brought all the supplies with me and my students showed up ready to paint projects like Trays, Wine Glasses, Lazy Susans, Ice Buckets ... whatever they wanted to paint!
Customers would frequently ask me to paint glasses for them, and so my business evolved into also selling my glassware to gift shops, liquor stores, at craft fairs, and online on my website www.classonaglass.com.
I am passionate about teaching and love that the items we paint are used daily by my customers or have been given as gifts for others to enjoy.
Thanks for visiting my website, and I hope you decide to host a party of your own. If you are buying my items, I would love if you'd take the time to give me a review on Facebook to help spread the word about Class On A Glass.
I look forward to meeting you and helping to bring out your inner artist!
